CATEGORIES OF DATA. THE INSTITUTE FOR MUSICAL HERITAGE IN PIEDMONT ONLUS will process the personal data that will be included in the form.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: the processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the compilation of this form, has as its legal basis your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: to present the final evaluation of the completed questionnaire proposing improvement activities, to proceed with registration to the newsletter, to send training, information and commercial communications.

Purchasing and delivering of products and services. We use your personal data to receive and manage orders, provide products and services, process payments and communicate with you about your orders, products, services and promotional offers.

 

Providing and improving cultural services/inititatives and solving any related problems. We use your personal data to provide functionality, analayze performance, correct errors and improve the use and efficiency of our services/cultural initiatives.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: the collected data will not be transferred abroad.

STORAGE PERIOD: The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of conservation limitation”, art. 5, GDPR) or based on the deadlines set by law. The verification of the obsolescence of data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: the interested party is always entitled to request the Data Controller access to his data, to have such data rectified or canceled, to limit the processing or to oppose to the processing, to request data portability, to revoke consent to the processing claiming rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Controller. The interested party can also file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

COMPULSORINESS OR NOT OF DATA PROVISIONING: We inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and for others (indicated by the word “required”) mandatory and failure to provide mandatory data involves NOT sending the form.

OBLIGATORY OF CONSENT: The provision of consent to data processing by means of a special check is optional, but essential to proceed with the sending of the form.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data supplied by you will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legal rules and with the confidentiality duties which the activity of the owner is inspired by. The data will be processed both using IT tools and paper support or any other kind of appropriate support, in compliance with appropriate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
